Steel with Convex sapphire crystal front, diamond coated glass display back.

Movement:
17 jewel  Waltham Riverside antique Hunters case  American pocket watch movement. Movement Manufactured in 1895. Bimetallic balance wheel with gold balance wheel screws, gold jewel cups, and gold center wheel, with Fancy regulator.   The Waltham Riverside is the highest grade movement that waltham made in the 12 size movement. This is one of the earliest examples made.

Dial:
Rare original Waltham dial with special cut out for a “Carousel Style” sub second hand with rotating arabic numbers for the seconds. The dial has some wear near the 3 o'clock, but since this is the original dial we left it as is. Original Fancy hands.
