 The Speakeasy case is evocative of the Roaring 20's in the USA.  Art Deco was the design of the era, and is reflected in architecture (Empire State Building, Chrysler Building), art (Picasso), and fashion. Numbered on side of case: No15.  Water Resistant to 50 meters (150 feet).

44mm wide, 13.5 mm thick, 56 mm end to end.

Movement:
17 jewel Elgin USA movement. Manufactured in Illinois in 1921. Bimetallic balance wheel. 18,000 BPH.

Dial:
Fantastic, new old stock Elgin Masonic dial, black with white symbols as numbers. Chrome and luminous Rpaige “Chrysler Building” style hands with antique blued steel seconds hand with red enamel tips.

Shown with a tan Ostrich strap.
