Stainless Steel finished in a black PVD. Convex sapphire crystal front, diamond coated glass display back. Water resistant to 50 Meters.

Movement:
Historic 21 jewel Illinois American pocket watch movement, manufactured in 1924. Swan Neck regulator, rose gold train wheels, Adjusted for temperature and Time. Illinois watches were considered the watch for the connoisseur. Illinois watches were manufactured in Springfield, Illinois. The Hamilton watch Company purchased Illinois Watch Company in 1928 and ran Illinois as an autonomous division until 1932 when the depression forced the closure of Illinois’s Springfield factory and consolidation of Illinois production into Hamilton’s Lancaster, Pennsylvania, plant. Illinois production ceased in 1940.

Dial:
Military style black matte dial with vintage “tobacco” colored roman numeral and arabic “California” style dial. Hour and minute hand in blue color with luminous for high contrast readability in darkness. Sunken sweep second dial with two-tone second hand.
