Antique 15 jewel Elgin USA  movement , manufactured in 1915 in Elgin, Illinois. Bimetallic balance wheel. Fancy  regulator.

Dial:
Antique white enameled Elgin dial with black arabic numbers and red seconds numbers. Rotating seconds disk. Antique blued steel hands with red enameled tips.
