19 jewel antique Waltham “Riverside” movement

case:
Steel with Convex sapphire crystal front, diamond coated glass display back. Water Resistant to 50 meters (150 feet). Rpaige Logo crown. Numbered #12/50 on the side of the case.

Dimensions:
44mm diameter, 14mm thick, 52 mm end to end. Water resistant to 50 meters.

Movement:
Outstanding Waltham high grade “Riverside” movement. 19 jewels, adjusted, rose gold jewel cups, rose gold center wheel, rose gold balance screws. Fancy Star regulator. Manufactured in Waltham, Massachusetts in 1904.

Dial:
10kt antique guilloched gold dial. 4 color gold: yellow, rose, green and white. Applied roman numerals of rose gold. Also applied on the dial is an outstanding floral design with a basket – each piece is hand made out of a different color gold and hand soldered onto the dial. At the 6 o’clock position, the dial has a Rare, engraved, balance plate from the 1800’s with a genuine “rose cut” diamond as the balance jewel. The hands are antique, blued steel, Breguet style.

This dial is considered a “Holy Grail” of dial collecting.
